Foreign visitors, which describes the number of people who visit Greater Portland from other countries and estimates the amount of money they spend while they are here; Foreign-born residents, quantifying the number of people living in Greater Portland who have moved here from another country and Foreign students, which quantifies the number of college students studying in Greater Portland from abroad and their retention in the workforce.
