Due to wide-spread participation throughout the Applegate Valley, general project coordination was organized by the Applegate Partnership, a non-profit communitybased group founded in 1992. Initial funding for this project was awarded via the National Fire Plan to the Applegate Partnership in October, 2001. This written plan is the result.
