The telephone survey was conducted between October 18 and November 2, 2013 and focused on three of the core ADRC functions: 1) information, referral, and awareness; 2) options counseling (OC); and 3) streamlined eligibility determination for public programs. The ADRC Advisory Committee had previously established benchmarks to be used in determining success for many aspects of the program described in this report.
