Year: 1978 The National Conference of State Legislatures' Geothermal Policy Project concentrated its efforts in two areas: (1) state activities and (2) development of project materials. Six states were to participate in the project during its first year: Delaware, Hawaii, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Virginia. The project pamphlet, a final draft of the Issue Paper and the review of state statutes and regulations were completed.
