The first steps toward that goal began with the planting of Weisinger's vineyards in 1979. John and the family spent many summers in the vineyards, tending the young vines. In 1988, the winery and tasting room were built. Today, Weisinger’s wines and the business have evolved into a celebrated destination in the Rogue Valley where you can enjoy a quality wine experience, see the beauty of the surrounding valley, and learn why the Rogue Valley is such an exciting place to grow and produce artisan wines. Weisinger’s is located fourteen miles north of the California border and four miles south of the downtown center of Ashland.
