They transformed a 1930’s era three-bay garage into a tasting room. The tasting room, located in Central Point between Rogue Creamery and the Lille Belle Farms chocolate factory, pairs hand-crafted wines with world-renowned cheeses and confections. Dick developed Druid’s Fluid, which he describes as “red with training wheels.” Regarded as a pioneer viticulturist in the Applegate Valley, he created a course in viticulture taught at Rogue Community College by Charles Coury of Forest Grove.
